What you'll get

-Starting salary: €26,000 gross per year + progressive growth.

The role

We need to hire a CLEANING SUPERVISOR for a company located in Barcelona.

What you'll do

-Personnel management: coordination of an average of 80 workers assigned.

-Search and selection of new profiles when necessary.

-Client relations: each managed office is considered a client (approx. 200 in total).

-Administrative tasks linked to daily operations.

-External supervisions occasionally and organized in advance.

-Support in the planning and organization of the service.

-Going to the client's site to perform staff supervision

How you'll work

-Permanent contract from day one

-Professional stability + positive work environment

-Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00

-Company vehicle.
