What we're looking for

Education: Industrial Engineering

Required knowledge of

heating,
air conditioning,
electrical systems.

Experience: at least 1 demonstrable year in a similar position and/or company.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Immediate start.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00-17:30 flexible, Friday from 8 to 15.
Full-time position and stable employment.
Salary to be agreed upon based on the candidate's qualifications.

The role

What you'll do

Your work will consist of monitoring and supervising awarded projects, with special attention to:

* On-site installation layout.
* Negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Preparation of installation budgets.
* Control of on-site measurements
* Control of delivery deadlines for equipment and materials
* Monitoring and control of project execution schedules
* Collaboration with the drafting department in developing as-built drawings.
* Ensuring order and cleanliness in work areas and on the overall
construction site.
