Section Assistant Operator

-Receive materials for the performance of the activities in their section, controlling the state of the warehouse, checking that quantities match those indicated on the delivery notes, and organizing materials on the corresponding shelves.

- Distribute materials among the operators and supervise the performance of the work to meet the schedule established by the monitor, analyzing manufacturing orders, assigning the work to be performed to each team and operator, checking that the materials are suitable, and checking the perfect execution of the activities.

-Set up and prepare the machinery and tools necessary for the performance of the activities, tuning up the machinery and tooling, providing the appropriate means: blueprints, documentation, etc., validating the first pieces, ensuring process Quality, and proposing improvements.

-Collaborate in the teaching and training of operators in tasks and socio-labor behaviors according to the guidelines of the section monitor, explaining verbally the task to be performed or the behavior to follow, correcting and guiding through errors, and informing the monitor of noteworthy incidents related to the operators.

-Collaborate in the preparation of tools to facilitate the operator's work and prevent occupational risks, adapting the work environment to the characteristics and capabilities of the operator, supervising the correct maintenance and use of facilities, equipment, and protection means, informing operators of risks, and communicating incidents in the area of Prevention and Health to the monitor.

-Prepare the dispatch of finished products, performing packaging, closing manufacturing orders, and preparing delivery notes.

-Collaborate in the preparation of specific documentation for the section (instructions, guidelines, records, etc.)

-Participate in internal multidisciplinary project teams related to their field of specialization or area.

-Comply with and/or enforce all legally applicable requirements regarding Prevention, Quality, Environment, Gender Equality, Data Protection, and Information Security that fall under the responsibility of this job position.

-Experience in people management

-Technical training in the industrial field (Mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical)

- Full availability

-Availability to work split shifts and/or 2 shifts (morning and afternoon)

-Experience in reading blueprints
