Painter with Powder Spray Gun (Thermal Coating Booth)

Right now, we are promoting a job opening for a PAINTER WITH POWDER SPRAY GUN (THERMAL COATING BOOTH) for an important company in the metal sector located in LA MUELA (ZARAGOZA), which will carry out the following duties:

Duties:

• Inspect parts: check that the metal is clean, degreased, and dry before painting
• Adjust the gun: set up the electrostatic painting equipment according to the type of powder and color.
• Apply the powder: cover the metal surface evenly using the gun's electric charge.
• Monitor curing: watch the parts as they move into the oven for polymerization at the correct temperature.
• Inspect for defects: check that there are no unpainted areas, bubbles, or excess powder.
• Clean the equipment: remove leftover powder from the booth and guns when changing colors.
• Workplace safety: use appropriate protective equipment to avoid inhaling particles.

Ahora mismo nos encontramos promocionando una oferta de trabajo de PINTOR/A CON PISTOLA DE POLVO (CABINA DE TERMOLACADO) para una importante empresa del sector metal ubicada en LA MUELA (ZARAGOZA) que desempeñará las siguientes,

Funciones:

• Revisar piezas: comprobar que el metal esté limpio, desengrasado y seco antes de pintar
• Ajustar la pistola: regular el equipo de pintura electrostática según el tipo de polvo y color.
• Aplicar el polvo: cubrir la superficie metálica de manera uniforme usando la carga eléctrica de la pistola.
• Supervisar el curado: vigilar el paso de las piezas hacia el horno para la polimerización a la temperatura correcta.
• Inspeccionar defectos: revisar que no queden zonas sin pintar, burbujas o exceso de polvo.
• Limpiar el equipo: retirar el polvo sobrante de la cabina y de las pistolas al cambiar de color.
• Seguridad laboral: usar equipo de protección adecuado para evitar inhalar partículas. 

Se ofrece:

• Horario a jornada completa, con turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noche
