Right now, we are promoting a job offer for a POWDER COATING PAINTER (POWDER COATING BOOTH) for an important metal sector company located in LA MUELA (ZARAGOZA) who will perform the following,

What you'll do

  • Check parts: ensure that the metal is clean, degreased, and dry before painting
  • Adjust the spray gun: regulate the electrostatic painting equipment according to the type of powder and color.
  • Apply the powder: cover the metal surface uniformly using the electrical charge of the gun.
  • Supervise curing: monitor the passage of parts into the oven for polymerization at the correct temperature.
  • Inspect defects: check that no unpainted areas, bubbles, or excess powder remain.
  • Clean the equipment: remove excess powder from the booth and the guns when changing colors.
  • Occupational safety: use appropriate protective equipment to avoid inhaling particles.
