Temps, a multinational company in the industrial sector specializing in HVAC solutions, air technology, fire protection, and smoke extraction, is looking for a Junior Quality Technician with knowledge in occupational safety and health. This role is fundamental to maintaining quality and environmental standards at our production plant, which has become a benchmark for innovation and sustainability throughout Europe.

The Junior Quality Technician will play a key role within our team, with the following functions:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with applicable laws and regulations, including ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environment) standards.
• Document Management: Carry out document management and the maintenance of records related to quality and environmental management systems.
• Internal Audits: Coordinate and execute internal audits to evaluate compliance with implemented systems and propose improvements in internal processes.
• Detection of Non-Conformities: Identify non-conformities in production processes, analyze their causes, and propose effective corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement in all processes and in environmental management, ensuring that best practices are implemented.
• Legal Compliance: Identify and ensure compliance with applicable legislation regarding quality and environment, as well as occupational safety and health.
• Risk Identification: Participate in the identification of risks in the work environment and propose preventive measures to mitigate them.
• Training and Awareness: Drive training and awareness for personnel on topics related to quality and occupational safety and health, promoting a culture of workplace safety.
• Safety Reports: Prepare safety and quality reports, as well as monitor established management indicators to evaluate the progress of actions in these areas.
