Customer Experience, Product Communication and AI Optimization Technician

• Education: University Degree in Digital Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in UX Writing, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Customer Experience (CX) areas. Previous configuration of Chatbots or similar tools will be valued (internships accepted).
• Languages: Fluent English (Minimum B2, essential requirement to receive corporate training and collaborate with global support teams).
• Editorial Skills: Absolute mastery of grammar, spelling, and synthesis capacity in Spanish.
• Digital Agility and Soft Skills:
• Basic understanding of conversational AI and virtual assistants.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and ease in learning to use new software quickly.
• Logical thinking to structure complex information in a simple way.
• Great attention to detail and organizational capacity.

Currently, we are looking for a Customer Experience, Product Communication and AI Optimization Technician to join our team in Zamudio immediately. Does this suit you?

Your main mission will be to enhance the customer experience (B2B/B2C) during the discovery and pre-sales phases. You will actively collaborate on product communication through our digital platforms and participate directly in the development, training, and conversational writing of our Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistants.

1. Development and Optimization of Interaction Channels (Conversational AI)

• UX Writing: Writing and structuring conversational flows, decision trees, and scripts for the customer service virtual assistant.
• Content curation for AI: Feeding the AI knowledge base with information regarding product ranges, pre-sales arguments, and FAQs.
• Continuous improvement: Supervising and iterating AI interactions to refine its responses and ensure its role as a pre-sales advisor.

2. Editorial Capacity and Product Communication

• Product writing: Creating descriptions, help copy for configurators, and interface microcopy with a clear and direct style.
• Administrative support: Assisting in the updating of resources for corporate portals and other product communication tasks.
