Requirements

What we're looking for

🔹 Spanish and requested language at a bilingual level.

🔹 A language test will be carried out before advancing in the selection process.

🔹 Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the Contact Center sector.

🔹 Minimum education of ESO, Bachillerato, or equivalent.

🔹 Good oral and written communication skills.

🔹 Agility in the use of computer tools and typing.

🔹 A resourceful, organized person with a clear customer orientation.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Initial 3-month contract, with subsequent permanent hiring directly by the company.

💰 Salary: According to the Contact Center collective agreement, Specialist Teleoperator category; approximately €17,140 gross per year + language bonus.

📅 Working day: 39 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with two weekends off per month. Work on holidays on a rotating basis, with a holiday bonus and compensatory day according to the agreement. December 25th, January 1st, and January 6th are not worked.

🕒 Schedule: Possibility to choose between two fixed shifts:

Morning shift: from 08:00 to 16:00 h.
Afternoon shift: from 15:00 to 23:00 h.

🎓 Initial training: 16 days of paid training with €350, which will be paid in the first paycheck once joined. Estimated training date is November 16th.

We are looking to hire professionals to offer comprehensive customer service through different channels, resolving inquiries and incidents related to the purchasing process and guaranteeing a quality experience for a major supermarket.

What you'll do

✔️ Attend to customers via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

✔️ Resolve inquiries, doubts, and incidents related to the purchasing process.

✔️ Offer personalized service, following established procedures and quality standards.

✔️ Manage customer complaints and requests effectively.

✔️ Perform administrative tasks derived from the management of interactions.

✔️ Comply with the company's internal policies and regulations.

🏠 Hybrid modality: Combined on-site and remote work.

📍 Location: Sant Martí area, Barcelona (08019).
