Junior Commercial Backoffice, Advertising and PR

At Qualis Consultores de Talento, we are looking for a person to join the sales department for one of our clients located in the center of Bilbao, combining administrative management and customer service skills with knowledge of communication, marketing, and advertising.

The selected person will provide support to the company's commercial activity, participate in customer management and loyalty, and collaborate in the development of advertising, promotional, and communication actions, providing initiative, creativity, and customer orientation.

• Provide support to the sales department in the management and follow-up of customers and business opportunities.

• Maintain and update the customer database, performing follow-up on contacts and commercial actions.

• Manage customer inquiries and requests, offering close and professional service.

• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and documentation to support commercial activity.

• Collaborate in the planning, development, and execution of advertising campaigns and promotional actions.

• Participate in the creation and writing of advertising and commercial content for different channels and formats.

• Manage and adapt content for social media and other communication media.

• Propose creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, promotions, and customer acquisition actions.

• Collaborate in the organization and coordination of events and commercial activities.

• Perform follow-up on commercial and advertising actions, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual Communication, Business Administration (ADE), or similar.

• Previous experience in sales backoffice, marketing, advertising, communication, or customer management positions.

• Experience in writing advertising and commercial content (copywriting).

• Knowledge of social media management and adaptation of content to different formats.

• Communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in office tools and ease in working with databases.
