What you'll do
Functions:
- Evaluation of candidate demands from companies
- Preparation and publication of job offers
- Recruitment and active searching for candidates
- Conducting in-person and remote interviews
- Administrative personnel management: Contracts, social security, payroll, worker attendance control
Requirements
- Studies in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology or similar
- Knowledge in the administrative area
-Availability for immediate start
- Preferably residing in Durango
- Experience in the indicated functions
