What you'll do
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conducting interviews: Contacting people by telephone and asking them the questionnaire questions according to the established protocol.
- Registering data: Entering responses accurately and promptly into the system.
- Following protocols: Strictly adhering to the survey script and quality standards to ensure that the data is reliable.
- Communicating effectively: Maintaining a professional, empathetic, and cordial conversation.
- Meeting objectives: Reaching the daily goals set by the company or the research project.
- Reporting incidents: Informing supervisors about any technical or other difficulties that arise during fieldwork.
- Verifying and correcting data: Checking the quality of the responses and correcting errors if necessary, although the system often helps in this process.
