Customer Service Teleoperator

The selected person will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conducting interviews: Contact people by phone and ask them the questionnaire questions according to the established protocol.
• Recording data: Enter responses accurately and promptly into the system.
• Following protocols: Strictly adhere to the survey script and quality standards to ensure the data is reliable.
• Communicating effectively: Maintain a professional, empathetic, and courteous conversation.
• Meeting targets: Achieve the daily goals set by the company or the research project.
• Reporting issues: Inform supervisors of any technical or other difficulties that arise during fieldwork.
• Verifying and correcting data: Check the quality of responses and correct errors if necessary, although the system often assists in this process.

La persona seleccionada se responsabilizará de las siguientes funciones:

• Realizar entrevistas: Contactar a las personas por teléfono y hacerles las preguntas del cuestionario según el protocolo establecido.
• Registrar datos: Introducir las respuestas de manera precisa y oportuna en el sistema.
• Seguir protocolos: Adherirse estrictamente al guion de la encuesta y a las normas de calidad para asegurar que los datos sean confiables.
• Comunicarse efectivamente: Mantener una conversación profesional, empática y cordial.
• Cumplir objetivos: Alcanzar las metas diarias establecidas por la empresa o el proyecto de investigación.
• Reportar incidencias: Informar a los supervisores sobre cualquier dificultad técnica o de otro tipo que surja durante el trabajo de campo.
• Verificar y corregir datos: Comprobar la calidad de las respuestas y corregir errores si es necesario, aunque a menudo el sistema ayuda en este proceso.
