Web Merchandiser Internship

At TENDAM we continue to grow! we need to incorporate 3 interns into our Ecommerce teams, to provide support to the brands Cortefiel, Slowlove and OOTO, and Pedro del Hierro and Hoss Intropia.

Your training will consist of:

• Learn to maintain all updated information on products for sale on the web (photos, names, descriptions, composition, care, features, prices, etc.)
• Support the Merchandising team in controlling and monitoring stock across all markets.
• Support the team to ensure that all products in stock are correctly uploaded with all the information in all corresponding markets and languages.
• Support the Merchandising team in monitoring and analyzing sales.
• Track and receive product samples with the brand department.
• Monitor the photography and retouching of photos in collaboration with the Photography Studio team.
• You will be trained to control and monitor the daily order of product grids to ensure they comply with the brand's commercial strategy.
• You will learn to monitor the market and create benchmarks.

Duration: 6m + possibility of extending for another 6m.

Location: Madrid capital (north zone. You can arrive by metro, urban bus or commuter train; and if you opt for your own vehicle you will be able to park without any problem, as it is not a metered parking zone).

• We have a company cafeteria with the option to buy a menu at an affordable price or if you prefer you can bring your own food, as there are microwaves and fridges available in different areas of the building.
• We also have our own medical service.
• It is NOT necessary that you can sign an agreement with a study center! We take care of that from here!

• Currently studying or with training in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar fields.
• Proficiency in Excel will be a plus.
• Knowledge of e-commerce management platforms (Salesforce, Prestashop, Shopify, or similar) will be valued.
• Eager to collaborate and work as part of a team.
• Great attention to detail.
• Proactive and autonomous.
• With good communication skills.
