Job description

At TENDAM (a company made up of the brands: Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, women'secret, Fifty, Milano, OOTO, Springfield, Hoss Intropia, Slowlove, HighSpirits, HI&BYE, Dash and Stars), we are in the midst of a national and international expansion project. Therefore, we want to add a profile to our construction department: an INTERIOR DESIGNER, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within the retail sector.

The person who joins us in this position will be responsible for carrying out store design projects within the established deadlines and ensuring the homogeneity of the brand image. Updating the image.  Budget control of image elements (furniture, lighting...).  National/international site visits. Advice to external clients on interior design matters.

Duties:

Carrying out projects and designs for openings and refurbishments  within the established deadlines  and following the needs  and trends  of the brands.

Updating the image at the client's request by incorporating new designs and functionalities.

Checking orders for furniture, lighting and decorative elements.

Supervising works with site visits, both nationally and internationally. Resolving specific issues and monitoring the progress of the work.

Handling specific incidents related to stores.

Providing support to other areas (IT, Maintenance) for cross-functional processes.

Relationship with other departments/areas: Visual Merchandising of each brand, Sales/Operations of the retail chains, IT, Maintenance, General Purchasing...

What we are looking for:

Experience as an Interior Designer in the retail sector of at least 2-3 years.  Proficiency in rendering programs such as Revit, Sketch-up, 3D Studio... Proficiency in programs for 3D presentations and design: Photoshop, Illustrator.  Advanced use of Autocad. Intermediate Excel.  Intermediate-high English.  Availability to travel at least one visit per project nationally and internationally at least 2-3 trips spread throughout the year (this may change depending on openings).

We offer:

Permanent contract. Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday, entry between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and exit between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.; on Fridays, flexible and continuous working hours maintained all year round, entry between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and exit between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.  Possibility of remote work 1 day a week.  Immediate start.

Office location: Madrid city center, northern area, metro line 10, Begoña station.

Possibility of immediate start (understanding that if the selected person is currently employed, they will need to give the corresponding notice period at their current company).

En TENDAM (empresa formada por las marcas: Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, women´secret, Fifty, Milano, OOTO, Springfield, Hoss Intropia, Slowlove, HighSpirits, HI&BYE, Dash and Stars), nos encontramos en pleno proyecto de expansión tanto nacional como internacional, por ello, queremos incorporar un perfil dentro de nuestro departamento de obras, de INTERIORISTA, con entre 2-3 años de experiencia, en puesto similar dentro del sector retail.

La persona que entre en esta posición con nosotros tendrá la misión de realizar los proyectos de diseño de las tiendas en los plazos establecidos y garantizando la homogeneidad de la imagen de marcas. Actualización de la imagen.  Control presupuestario de elementos de imagen (mobiliario, iluminación...)  Visitas de obra nacional/internacional. Asesoramiento a cliente externo en materia de interiorismo.

Funciones:

Realización de proyectos y diseños de aperturas y reformas  en los plazos establecidos  y siguiendo las necesidades  y tendencias  de las marcas.

Actualizar la imagen a demanda del cliente incorporando nuevos diseños y funcionalidades.

Comprobar los pedidos de mobiliario, iluminación y elementos decorativos.

Control de las obras con visitas a obra, tanto en el ámbito nacional como internacional. Solucionar problemas puntuales y realizar seguimiento de la obra.

Atender incidencias puntuales relacionadas con las tiendas.

Dar soporte a otras áreas (IT, Mantenimiento) para procesos transversales.

Relación con otros departamentos/áreas: Visual Merchandising de cada marca, Ventas/operaciones de las cadenas comerciales, IT, Mantenimiento, Compras Generales...

Qué buscamos:

Experiencia como Interiorista en el sector Retail de al menos 2-3 años. Domininio de programas de renderización como Revit, Sketch-up, 3D Studio...Dominio de programas para presentaciones 3D y diseño: Photoshop, Illustrator. Manejo alto de Autocad.Excel nivel intermedio. Inglés medio-alto. Disponibilidad para viajar mínimo una visita por obra a nivel nacional y en el ámbito internacional al menos 2-3 viajes repartidos a lo largo del año (esto es susceptible de cambio según aperturas).

Ofrecemos:

Contrato indefinido.Horario en jornada flexible de lunes a jueves entrada entre las 7:30h y las 9:30h y salida entre las 17h y las 19h, viernes jornada flexible e intensiva que se mantiene todo el año, entrada entre las 7:30 y las 9:30h y salida entre las 13h y las 15h. Posibilidad de trabajo en remoto 1 día a la semana. Incorporación inmediata.

Ubicación de las oficinas: Madrid capital, zona norte, metro línea 10, estación Begoña.
