We are looking to hire a Head of Interior Design to lead our Interior Design discipline, drive its growth, and contribute to the firm's positioning as a sector benchmark.

You will be the person responsible for leading the Interior Design area, ensuring excellence in projects, supporting business development, and representing L35 before clients, collaborators, and institutions.

We are looking for a profile with a solid track record in interior design and architecture, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, generate new business opportunities, and become a true brand ambassador.

• Define the growth strategy for the Interior Design area.

• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary architecture and interior design teams.

• Guarantee the technical, creative, and economic quality of projects.

• Supervise planning, resources, deadlines, and profitability.

• Drive innovation and best practices within the team.

• Lead high-complexity projects from conceptualization to delivery.

• Coordinate the relationship between clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Identify risks and ensure compliance with quality, deadline, and cost objectives.

• Detect new commercial opportunities.

• Actively participate in bidding processes and competitions.

• Prepare commercial proposals in coordination with the studio partners and defend them before clients.
