Finance Operations Coordinator

• 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business administration.

• Proficiency in Excel, including reconciliations, formulas, and data structuring.

• Ability to organize and coordinate with various internal and external teams.

Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and organized professional to coordinate the daily operations of our Finance team in Barcelona. You will work directly with our CFO, ensuring that bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP) management, and financial reporting function with precision and without friction.

• Coordinate and execute periodic bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.

• Maintain and update accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP) records, ensuring data integrity.

• Coordinate the monthly closing with external managers, ensuring deadlines and correct documentation.

• Manage spreadsheets, tracking tools, and financial reporting templates.

• Detect discrepancies in a timely manner and coordinate their resolution with the involved teams.

• Follow up on cash flow and coordinate treasury reporting.
