Minimum of 4 years of experience as a SAP Payroll Spain consultant.
Deep knowledge of the Spanish payroll scheme and its parameterization.
Experience in creating companies in SAP HCM.

The role

At The Whiteam we are looking for a SAP HCM-PY Consultant specialized in Spanish payroll to collaborate on an evolutionary project in the Energy sector. The main objective will be to take part in the migration of a company from SAP to SAP, creation of new companies and adaptation of the payroll scheme to integrate employees into their new structures. This is a remote project, starting ASAP with an estimated duration until 31/03/2026.

What you'll do

Gather and analyze business requirements related to Spanish payroll.
Document functional and technical specifications for developments and configurations.
Configuration of payroll schemas and sub-schemas PY-ES.
Definition of features and customizing tables (T5*, T7*).
Management of wage types (salary concepts) and calculation rules.
Run parallel monthly payroll calculations, retrocalculation and extra payments.
Perform unit and integrated testing before moving to production.
Configuration of reporting tools and forms (PE51, HRForms).
Migration and conversion of master data in implementation projects.
