What we're looking for

Minimum Qualification(s)

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in business, management or a related discipline and available for a 6-month internship
Proficiency in Portuguese is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders and external clients in the EU/PR market.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proactive, reliable, and quick to learn, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with good data sense
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with presentations, spreadsheets, trackers, and project documentation

Nice to have

Preferred Qualification(s)

Previous internship or experience in project coordination, operations, business support, or a similar role
Understanding of media planning across platforms

The role

The Regional Product & Client Solutions (rPCS) organisation drives strategic alignment and commercial excellence across EUI. This team focuses on elevating product and client solution strategy across the GBS region, ensuring consistent go-to-market excellence. RPCS partners closely with EU markets to surface opportunities, streamline product adoption, and drive incremental revenue. Through close collaboration with sales and product stakeholders, the team brings clarity, cohesion, and commercial momentum to the region.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Support the Head of SCS with operational execution, prioritization, and follow-through across EUI
Support SCS programs & priorities by coordinating inputs, timelines, and dependencies
Support operational cadence, including planning cycles, milestones, reviews, and progress tracking against agreed priorities
Track program KPIs, risks, and actions, ensuring visibility and follow-through
Support the standardization of processes, tooling, and documentation to scale SCS ways of working
Identify process simplification, automation, and efficiency opportunities to reduce operational friction
