Advertising PMO & Data

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, PMO, project management, data/analytics operations, or strategic operations.
• Experience managing data, advertising, technology, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience working directly with senior leadership and executive teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and turn them into actionable plans.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs, OKRs, project plans, and performance metrics.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly cross-functional environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and experience with project management and reporting tools such as Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.
• A strong understanding of Data & Advertising environments, processes, and methodologies is highly desirable.

We are looking for an Advertising & Data PMO to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic Data & Advertising projects across the organization.

This role will work closely with the CEO, VP of Ads, and VP of Ad-tech, and key stakeholders across the company to ensure that Data & Analytics priorities are clearly defined, properly planned, and effectively executed.

The ideal candidate combines a strong analytical mindset with excellent project and stakeholder management skills. They will act as a key link between business priorities and the Data & Advertising teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, visibility, and timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Partner with the CEO, Advertising leadership, and relevant stakeholders to define and prioritize Data & Advertising strategic initiatives.
• Translate business and strategic priorities into clear project plans, including objectives, deliverables, owners, timelines, and KPIs.
• Support the definition and monitoring of quarterly Data & Advertising plans and priorities.
• Ensure alignment between initiatives and the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of strategic Data, Advertising, BI, and related technology projects across the organization.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and key risks to ensure projects remain on track.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and cross-functional dependencies and proactively drive resolution.
• Ensure clear ownership and accountability across teams.
• Define and maintain KPIs and performance dashboards to track the progress and impact of Data & Analytics initiatives.
• Prepare regular executive-level reports and updates for the CEO and leadership team.
• Provide data-driven insights on project performance, priorities, risks, and resource allocation.
• Ensure consistent and transparent reporting across Data & Ads initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between the CEO, Advertising leadership, Data & Ads teams, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across teams involved in Data & Ads projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, planning sessions, and business reviews.
• Ensure decisions, actions, and follow-ups are clearly documented and effectively executed.
• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, processes, tools, and governance mechanisms.
• Improve planning, prioritization, reporting, and project tracking processes.
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence within the Data & Analytics organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve how projects are prioritized, managed, and delivered across the company.
