The role

At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, we are looking to hire a Corporate Finance Controller to play a key role in the Group's financial supervision and in the coordination of our activities in Spain and Mexico.

This is a strategic position, reporting directly to the CEO and working in close collaboration with the Management and the company's governing bodies.

We are looking for a professional capable of transforming financial data into business decisions, providing a global vision that contributes to sustainable growth and value creation within the Group.

Ensure the reliability of the Group's economic-financial information and provide analysis and strategic vision to facilitate decision-making and the achievement of business objectives.

What you'll do

Prepare and present key financial information for General Management.
Participate in the analysis and monitoring of the Group's financial strategy.
Supervise economic-financial reporting and results analysis.
Coordinate planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting processes.
Drive financial criteria and flows between Spain and Mexico.
Guarantee the proper functioning of internal control, audit, and risk management processes.
