• Minimum experience in the execution of at least 200 housing units.

• Basic health and safety training (60 hours).

At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leader in the construction and real estate development sector, we are looking for a Site Manager to join our team in El Puig (Valencia)/Canet de Berenguer, with a desire to grow professionally in an established and dynamic company.

What will your duties be?

• Coordinate and supervise the activities and work of subcontractors, including the measurement of works performed.

• Collaborate in the monitoring of health and safety measures and act as a preventive resource.

• Monitor the progress of works, reporting progress using standardized models.

• Manage materials, their storage and supply, controlling the incoming and outgoing of materials on site.

• Ensure product fidelity regarding commercial information and manage all relevant technical documentation.

• Implement the quality system, ensuring the correct execution of work units and compliance with standards.

• Prepare and control final finishes using site checklists.
