Deputy Director of Construction

• Degree in Building Engineering and/or ICCP.

• Master's in Real Estate Management and/or Master's in Building Management.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in new multi-family residential construction.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Group Leader or equivalent in a construction company.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in a construction company with projects with a PEM of at least €8 million.

• Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent, AutoCAD, Presto/Menfis/Arquimedes, and advanced Excel.

• English level B2.

To support our growth and strategic development as a leading real estate developer in the residential tourism sector, we are looking for a Deputy Director of Construction for our corporate headquarters in Torrevieja. We are looking for a person who meets the following requirements:

The following functions will be carried out:

• Support the Construction Management in consolidating the area's annual plan.

• Coordinate, by delegation, operational monitoring activities.

• Control and audit the budget execution delegated by Management, ensuring compliance with the plan, identifying deviations, and proposing timely actions.

• Monitor the execution of the annual purchasing plan, verifying the achievement of objectives and supporting Management in identifying risks and anticipating actions.

• Actively participate in the implementation of the area's strategic programs to ensure their effective implementation within the established deadlines.

• Support Management in coordinating teams according to the specific delegation of activities.

• Lead the standardization of best construction practices, document management tools, reporting, and quality control so that execution is consistent across all work sites.

• Audit compliance with quality procedures and ensure after-sales service is executed according to TM standards, ensuring compliance with quality policies across all projects and the perfect final state of the product, in order to achieve the highest customer satisfaction during the handover process and the rapid resolution of any issues.

• Support Management in the correct and timely integration of information, the quality of reports in the Management Dashboard, and the generation of reports for the Area Management and General Management.
