Gourmet Shop Assistant

We are looking for a person who is proactive, organized, and commercially oriented, capable of offering an excellent shopping experience to our customers and contributing to the growth of our gourmet shop specializing in high-quality agri-food products.

• Minimum experience of 2 years in customer service, commercial administration, retail, tourism, or similar positions.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Ability for organization, communication, and problem-solving.

• Upper-intermediate English and/or French will be valued for assisting international customers.

• Attend to, advise, and sell products to national and international customers.

• Manage the daily operations of the shop: payment processing, restocking, stock control, and ordering.

• Maintain the commercial image and the correct display state of the products.

• Manage the online shop and collaborate in social media engagement.

• Organize and support tastings, promotions, and commercial events.

• Perform customer follow-up, order management, and commercial support.

• Manage basic administrative tasks: invoicing, documentation, telephone assistance, and email.

• Collaborate in the achievement of the commercial objectives of the shop.
