The role

At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leader in the construction and real estate development sector, we are looking for a Site Manager to join our team in El Puig (Valencia)/Canet de Berenguer, with a desire to grow professionally in an established and dynamic company.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the activities and work of subcontractors, including the measurement of works performed.
Collaborate in the monitoring of health and safety measures and act as a preventive resource.
Monitor the progress of works, reporting progress using standardized models.
Manage materials, their storage and supply, controlling the incoming and outgoing of materials on site.
Ensure product fidelity regarding commercial information and manage all relevant technical documentation.
Implement the quality system, ensuring the correct execution of work units and compliance with standards.
Prepare and control final finishes using site checklists.
