Business Intelligence & Data Analysis Technician

At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leader in the construction and real estate development sector, we are looking for a Business Intelligence & Data Analysis Technician to join our team in Torrevieja, who is eager to grow professionally in a consolidated and dynamic company.

We are looking for a person oriented towards data quality and reliability, with analytical capacity and a focus on continuous improvement, who will collaborate closely with the corporate governance team to facilitate documented and effective decision-making, as well as develop and implement automation applications and tools that contribute to the reliability and efficiency of the corporate reporting systems.

• Review and maintain updated definitions of the company's strategic KPIs, guaranteeing the integrity, uniqueness, and correct use of corporate indicators.

• Develop and maintain views in SAP BW (Eclipse), including the intermediate views of the Corporate Balanced Scorecard (BSC).

• Develop, maintain, and evolve the Corporate BSC applications (Qlik Sense) and automatic reports (NPrinting), including incident resolution, new functionalities, and the monitoring of loads and processes through QMC.

• Manage and provide support to the Corporate BSC, including user training and assistance, the collection of business needs, the administration of access, permissions, and licenses, as well as the preparation and maintenance of associated documentation.

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or similar.

• Minimum experience of 2 years in similar positions.

• Experience in BI tools (Qlik Sense, Qlik View, Nprinting), ERP (SAP S/4 HANA), Databases (Eclipse, SAP BW, Hana Studio), and SQL.

• Good communication skills and the capacity to coordinate with different business areas and technical teams.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage incidents, and propose effective solutions.
