Facilities Procurement Technician

• Technical training related to facilities, construction, engineering, technical architecture, or similar.

• Experience in procurement, contracting, or facilities management in construction projects.

• Technical knowledge of facilities: electricity, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection (PCI), telecommunications, or other similar systems.

• Analytical, negotiation, and planning skills.

• Proficiency in economic comparisons and bid evaluation.

• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile.

At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leading company in the residential developer-constructor sector, we are looking to hire a Facilities Procurement Technician for our Corporate Headquarters in Torrevieja, Alicante.

We are looking for a person with a technical profile, negotiation skills, and a results orientation, who wants to develop in a dynamic environment and contribute to the optimization of facilities procurement in our residential projects.

Manage the contracting and procurement processes for facilities for the company's various developments, guaranteeing the best quality, deadline, and cost conditions, as well as compliance with established technical and legal requirements.

You will work transversally with Projects, Production, Site Managers, Project Management teams, and specialized suppliers.

• Request quotes and perform technical-economic comparisons for the contracting of facilities.

• Manage and monitor the portfolio of specialized suppliers.

• Expand and develop the network of suppliers providing services to the various developments.

• Analyze projects and study alternatives that allow for the optimization of solutions from a technical and economic standpoint.

• Negotiate contracting conditions with suppliers, installers, and subcontractors.

• Collaborate with the Projects and Production teams in the definition and contracting of facilities packages.

• Provide technical support during the contracting and execution process of the works.

• Monitor contracts, deadlines, economic conditions, and guarantees.

• Control compliance with the documentary obligations of suppliers and subcontractors, in accordance with current regulations regarding subcontracting in the construction sector, within the scope of facilities.

• Propose improvements and alternatives that contribute to optimizing costs and processes, while maintaining the company's quality standards.
