At Toni Pons, we are looking for a Store Manager to lead our team and ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
What you'll do
Your main responsibilities will be:
Team management:
Supervise and coordinate the sales team.
Recruit staff, manage schedules, and assign tasks.
Collaborate
Sales and objectives:
Define, propose, and implement commercial strategies.
Ensure compliance with monthly sales objectives and follow up on KPIs.
Stock management and Visual Merchandising:
Supervise the reception and organization of the product.
Ensure an attractive product presentation, following the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
Customer service:
Offer quality service and manage special situations with empathy and efficiency.
