You will have to help inspire the team to deliver a first-class customer experience, creating deep and lasting connections with our customers and communities in-store and online. Behind the scenes, you must help the Store Manager maintain control of store operations, such as visual merchandising and inventory shrinkage. The Assistant Store Manager role is challenging and rewarding, contributing to the continued success of Foot Locker.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager at Foot Locker, you will:

Foster a diverse and high-energy environment.
Contribute to the daily goals of the team.
Stay informed about our product range.
Drive an incredible omnichannel customer experience that drives customer loyalty.
Assist in the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to improve standards and increase commercial effectiveness.
Cooperate with the team to implement new initiatives in the store.
Support the Store Manager in controlling inventory shrinkage, wages, and controllable costs.
Back-of-house organization includes daily replenishment, inventory control, and shipments.
Provide a safe environment for team members and customers.
Exceed expectations in handling returns and payment processes.
Support the store manager in the recruitment, training, and coaching of a great mixed team.
Acting Store Manager.

How you'll work

Working evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Occasional local travel is required.
The noise level in the store will be minimal.
