• collaborating with head coaches to create a unique shopping experience and deliver excellent service to our customers
• coordinating, supporting, and supervising a diverse team while ensuring an excellent work environment (e.g., hiring, development, performance management, staffing)
• implementing excellent operational tools and processes to achieve sales goals, optimize services, improve customer satisfaction, and increase efficiency and productivity
• overseeing various departments such as the commercial department, the athletes' department, and the customer experience department
• supporting your head coach in implementing NIKE's strategy in your store, for example: sustainability, membership, or digital services
• providing reports on store activities, other stores in the area, and customer information
• ensuring the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines
• collaborating with commercial partners in stores and at headquarters

At our NIKE Stores, we use special names for our roles: each store manager is called a "head coach," each assistant store manager is an "assistant head coach," each department manager is a "coach," each team leader is a "lead," and every sales associate is an "athlete."
