Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience performing Service Manager functions.
Leadership and team management, with the ability to coordinate, motivate, and develop people.
Orientation toward customer satisfaction, ensuring quality, speed, and compliance with standards.
Budget management, cost control, and analysis of service area results.
Experience in workshop and after-sales operations, workflow organization, and continuous improvement.
Driver's license (Type B)

Nice to have

Languages: high level of Spanish and Catalan. Fluency in English is valued.

QUADIS, the largest network of official dealerships and workshops in Spain, needs to incorporate a SERVICE MANAGER for our official AUDI dealership located in the province of Barcelona.

What you'll do

Coordinating and supervising the workshop and reception after-sales service, ensuring excellent attention to Audi customers.
In your day-to-day, you will organize the technical team's work, plan schedules, times, and priorities, and guarantee compliance with brand standards.

You will also monitor quality and productivity indicators, manage complaints, and propose improvements in service processes.

How you'll work

40-hour work week with a split shift.
Immediate start.
