Cadastral Maintenance Technical Staff (Álava)

We are looking for an organized, rigorous person with an interest in the territorial field, capable of combining technical work with close and professional attention to citizens.

• Higher Level Vocational Training, preferably in Building Projects or equivalent degrees.
• Previous experience in the aforementioned tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
• Basque level B2 or higher.
• Own vehicle.
• Residence in Valle de Ayala

At Tracasa Global, we are looking to hire a person to participate in the permanent maintenance service of the cadastre of the Historical Territory of Álava, a key project to ensure that territorial information is always up to date and reliable.

The job position will be for Valle de Ayala, so we preferably request residence in the area and knowledge of the territory.

You will be part of a specialized team working on the continuous updating of the territory's cadastral information.

Among your responsibilities will be

- Maintenance and updating of the graphic and alphanumeric cadastral database.

- Preparation of files with new registrations, reforms, changes to parcels, changes of use, segregations, groupings, horizontal divisions, transfers, etc.

- Digitization of land registry and cadastral sketches

- Carrying out reports related to their field.

- Carrying out client transfers, if applicable.

- Providing in-person and telephone assistance to taxpayers.

- Carrying out visits to premises to verify reforms, changes of use, segregations, etc.

- Registering and following up on taxpayer requests.

- Processing ex officio resolutions.

- Other tasks that may arise in the department in accordance with the specific needs of

the activity and related to the level of the described position.

Temporary contract with the possibility of conversion to permanent upon completion of the contingency, depending on the productive or organizational needs of the company.
