The role

At Marlex, we are looking to hire an Industrial Procurement and Subcontracting Technician for a major industrial company located in Álava.

We are looking for a person to take charge of industrial procurement management and subcontracting, guaranteeing the supply of materials and services necessary for the correct execution of projects, within a dynamic and collaborative industrial environment.

What you'll do

• Industrial procurement management: Requesting quotes, comparison, and negotiation with industrial material suppliers (metal, consumables, components, etc.).

• Subcontracting of external works: Searching, selecting, and contracting subcontractors for assembly, machining, welding, or other production processes.

• Monitoring of orders and services: Control of delivery deadlines, coordination with production, and resolution of incidents with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Documentary control: Management of contracts, orders, delivery notes, and invoices, ensuring compliance with technical and administrative requirements.

• Internal coordination: Constant communication with the production, engineering, and planning departments to ensure the correct development of the work.

• Supplier evaluation: Support in the approval and periodic evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors.
