We are looking for a SECOND PERSON IN CHARGE (M/F/X) HARDWARE SECTION in ALCORCÓN

We are looking for a Second Person in Charge to join the team of a major DIY store, supporting the Hardware Section Manager in the commercial, operational, and personnel management of the section, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with the company's quality standards.

What you'll do

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

✔️ Support the Section Manager in coordinating and supervising the team.

✔️ Ensure excellent, personalized, and sales-oriented customer service.

✔️ Carry out complex sales actions and provide specialized advice.

✔️ Ensure proper restocking and product availability in the store.

✔️ Monitor inventory, preventing breakage, shrinkage, and obsolete stock.

✔️ Participate in the planning and execution of commercial campaigns and promotions.

✔️ Coordinate changes in store layout and product presentation.

✔️ Collaborate in the training, integration, and development of team members.

✔️ Plan schedules and shifts based on the section's needs.

✔️ Ensure compliance with safety measures, loss prevention, and shrinkage control.

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period.

💰 Salary: Between €20,000 and €23,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

📅 Schedule: Split shift from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 2 rest days per week. 13 free weekends per year. 31 calendar days of annual vacation (based on a full year).

🏆 Incentives and benefits: Variable incentive for sales targets of up to €380. €65 bonus for each Sunday or holiday worked (8-hour shift). Language bonus (English or German): €1,000 annually after passing the probationary period.
