What you'll do

✔️ Maintaining communication with the Workers' Legal Representatives.

🔹 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Labor Relations, or equivalent education.

🔹 Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Labor Relations departments or labor law advisory firms.

🔹 Experience in the Contact Center sector is a plus.

🔹 Solid knowledge of labor regulations and labor law procedures.

🔹 Minimum English level of B2.

🔹 Advanced proficiency in office management tools.

🔹 Occasional availability to travel (to Valencia 3 or 4 times a year).

🔹 Rigorous, analytical person with sound legal judgment.
