Requirements
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, specializing in Tax Law.
- Master's Degree in Tax Law.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Experience in tax litigation and national and international tax planning.

We are looking for a Tax Lawyer to join our Finance team at our headquarters in Zaragoza.
What you'll do
Tax Advisory:
- Provide advice on national and international tax matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Tax Planning:
- Develop tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax burden.
- Evaluate and mitigate tax risks.
Compliance Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the preparation and filing of tax returns, tax consolidation, and tax closings.
- Stay up to date on changes in tax legislation and their impact on the company.
Tax Inspections and Litigation:
- Represent the company in tax proceedings, inspections, tax disputes, and legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with external advisors and tax authorities.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Draft and review contracts and documents regarding tax matters.
- Prepare tax reports for senior management.
