📢 We Are Looking for You! We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER OPERATOR (M/F/X) in Valencia📢

Do you have experience as a CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER OPERATOR (M/F/X) or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Valencia.

• Handle incoming calls from customers in the banking sector
• Provide clear and concise information about the financial product or service
• Resolve issues and queries
• Identify cross-selling opportunities
• Manage CRM systems

🎯 Contract: Initially a 3-month contract through a temporary employment agency with the possibility of extension (stable service). Start date: 08/10/2026.

💰 Salary: €9.34/hour gross

📅 Schedule: Possibility of a 30.5h/week schedule. Mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Monday to Sunday), possibility of 30.5h/week. Afternoons from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Monday to Sunday) and possibility of calendar shifts (They work 30.5 hours per month but concentrated in 9-hour days on a split shift instead of 6-hour days, with the concentrated days at the beginning and end of the month and every Monday).

🏆 Extras: Initial training of 18 days from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Online. Starting on 14/09/2026. Paid after passing the probationary period.

• Atender llamadas entrantes de clientes del sector bancario
• Ofrecer información calara y concisa sobre el producto o servicio financiero
• Resolución de incidencias y consultas
• Identificar oportunidad de ventas cruzadas
• Gestión de sistemas de CRM

🎯 Contrato: Contrato inicialmente a través de ETT de 3 meses con posibilidad de prórroga (servicio estable). Incorporación 08/10/2026.

💰 Salario: 9,34€/h en bruto

📅 Horario: Posibilidad de jornada de 30,5h/s. Mañana de 09h a 15h (lunes a domingo), posibilidad de 30,5h/s. Tardes de 16h a 22h (lunes a domingo) y posibilidad de turnos calendario (Hacen 30.5 horas mes pero concentrados en días de 9h en turno partido en lugar de hacer días de 6 horas, los días concentrados al principio y fin de mes y todos los lunes).

🏆 Extras: Formación inicial de 18 días de 09h a 15h. Online. Inicio el 14/09/2026. Remunerada tras superar periodo de prueba.
