The role

  • Direct the team on a day-to-day basis and coordinate all of its activities
  • Responsible for meeting the objectives of the client and CBRE Project Management
  • Propose the project development strategy to the client and the Project Director
  • Determine the need for specific procedures within the project.
  • Acts as the point of contact with the client, with whom they maintain constant communication to report on project development

  • SOFTWARE SKILLS: Advanced Excel / Office Suite / Autocad / Presto
  • CONSTRUCTION TYPE: Tertiary (especially Hotels) and Building.
