The role

Your mission at TwoJeys

Own and elevate how TwoJeys looks across every visual touchpoint. As Head of Image, you'll be responsible for translating the creative vision of the brand into a distinctive, consistent and culturally relevant visual language - from global campaigns and photography to social, e-commerce, collaborations, retail and cultural moments.

The goal isn't to reinvent TwoJeys, but to deeply understand what makes us recognizable, protect our tone and visual codes, and push them to a new level as we continue growing internationally.

We're looking for a senior, highly hands-on image-maker with a strong background in photography, exceptional visual culture and the ability to combine high-level art direction with execution. Someone who can lead an international campaign with external creative talent, but is equally comfortable picking up a camera when the moment requires it.
Your main challenges
  • Protect and elevate the TwoJeys visual identity, evolving our visual language across photography, lighting, framing, composition, casting, movement, colour, grading and image treatment, without losing the rawness and cultural instinct that make us recognizable.
  • Lead the visual art direction of campaigns, editorials and collaborations, translating concepts developed with Creative Direction into visual treatments, references and execution plans. Oversee photographer selection, on-set direction, final selects, retouching and post-production.
  • Create original photography in-house, shooting campaigns, talent, product, backstage and spontaneous cultural moments when appropriate, combining creative ambition with hands-on execution.
  • Build and manage an international creative network of photographers, filmmakers, DOPs, retouchers and emerging image-makers, identifying the right talent for each project.
  • Ensure visual consistency across channels and markets, connecting campaigns, social, e-commerce, retail and cultural projects into one recognizable TwoJeys universe while allowing each to maintain its own character.
  • Elevate product and e-commerce imagery, defining standards for model photography, still-life and product details, balancing commercial performance with creative quality.
  • Work closely with Content, Brand and other teams to raise the quality of everyday imagery and ensure collaborations, events, pop-ups and cultural moments are visually documented at the right standard.
  • Own visual quality control and direction, reviewing key assets, image selections and post-production, while developing visual guidelines, seasonal references and a strong global brand archive.
  • Continuously challenge our creative output, bringing new references, techniques and talent, and identifying opportunities to raise the visual standard across all projects.
  • Senior creative profile with a strong professional background in photography and an outstanding portfolio demonstrating a distinctive visual eye.
  • Experience in fashion, music, culture, lifestyle or related creative industries, with the ability to operate at an international brand level.
  • Exceptional visual culture and deep knowledge of contemporary photography, creative references and emerging image-makers, without being driven solely by trends.
  • Strong technical photography expertise: lighting, lenses, composition, analogue and digital workflows, colour, retouching and post-production.
  • Ability to combine high-level art direction with hands-on photography, from leading major campaigns to capturing spontaneous cultural moments.
  • Strong creative judgment and sensitivity to understand, respect and elevate the existing TwoJeys DNA without imposing a personal aesthetic.
  • Connected to photography, fashion, music, art and emerging culture, with curiosity for new visual languages and creative talent.
  • Experience leading internal teams and external creative collaborators, giving clear visual direction and making confident creative decisions.
  • Fast, resourceful and collaborative, comfortable working in a dynamic environment where creative opportunities can appear with little notice.
  • Flexible working hours and Home Office on Fridays.
  • Shorter working days on Fridays and during the summer months.
  • Your birthday off.
  • Employee discount and TwoJeys benefits.
  • Be part of a constantly growing department, working with brands, sponsors and increasingly ambitious and relevant projects for TwoJeys.
  • Get involved from start to finish in collaborations, events and activations, with plenty of exposure and real responsibility from day one.
  • Room to grow with the team, gain autonomy and take ownership of increasingly ambitious projects.
  • Work in a fast-paced, creative and hands-on environment where ideas turn into real projects.
  • And above all, be part of everything that's coming next. Let's make it happen!
