• Technical leadership

• Team management. Integration with teams from other areas

• Interdepartmental coordination

• Documentary preparation of the different parts of the project and training for end users

• Direct interlocution with the internal client

• Carrying out post-implementation evaluations to identify improvement opportunities and lessons learned

• Change management. Effectively manage the organizational change associated with the implementation of new information systems

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar

• More than 5 years of experience in a similar position with demonstrable experience in OutSystems development and Azure environment

• Experience in the education sector is highly valued

• Training in software architecture or project management is valued

• Ability to work with different providers and remote teams

• Knowledge of agile methodologies is highly valued: Scrum, Devops, Agile, Devsecops…

• Knowledge of Moodle is valued

• Intermediate level of English

To guarantee that the solutions developed on the MIR Asturias educational platform, mainly on OutSystems, are technically sound, scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

You will have to direct, supervise, and ensure the correct technical implementation of projects developed on the MIR Asturias educational platform, guaranteeing its quality, performance, best practices, and the optimization of the platform.

Likewise, you will be responsible for proposing and implementing solutions that help the growth and expansion of the MIR Asturias business, optimizing internal processes in order to achieve business objectives and guarantee the best possible user experience.

• Lead and define the technological strategy of the platform, establishing the evolution of the solution within the organization, evaluating the solutions that must be implemented on the platform, and identifying opportunities to accelerate digitalization through Low-Code solutions

• Create, document, and enforce development policies, including standards, modularity, scalable design, component reuse, UI/UX standards, and integration policies.

• Define security policies, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 regulations

• Define the architecture and scalability strategy

• Quality management. Definition of policies and metrics

• Management of all received incidents

• Control and monitoring: implement tools and methodologies to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality, identifying and evaluating risks that may affect the platform

• Communication and leadership: foster collaboration and maintain fluid communication with internal teams, providers, and students

• Continuous improvement: Analyze the results of your management area and apply lessons learned to optimize future processes
