Dental Clinic Receptionist

Experience: Minimum 2 years in reception or customer service positions (previous experience in the dental or healthcare sector is highly valued).

• High capacity for empathy and patience (dealing with patients who may be nervous or who come with complaints/claims).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment.

Technical Competencies: Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) and dental management software.

You will be responsible for telephone patient care, managing inquiries, schedules, and reminders, guaranteeing a close, professional, and efficient experience in every interaction.

• Patient Care: Telephone reception, appointment management, and resolving doubts with exquisite and empathetic treatment.
• Schedule Management: Optimization of clinic room times and coordination with doctors and students.
• Administration: Management of clinical histories, billing, collections and budgets, and cash balancing.
• Internal Protocols: Ensuring that the patient flow is smooth and complies with clinic regulations.
• Communication: Constant interlocution with the team of professors, students, and assistants for the proper functioning of the service.
