What do you OFFER us?

• Bachelor's degree in Administration

• Postgraduate training in the following will be valued: Healthcare Direction and Management, MBA, or Healthcare Center Management

• Postgraduate training in: Healthcare Management and Administration, MBA, or Healthcare Center Management will be valued.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the management or direction of dental clinics or healthcare centers.

• Experience in university or teaching environments (highly valued).

• Experience leading teams and managing budgets.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data protection.

• Quality systems and patient safety.

• Knowledge of clinical management software (Klinikare or other clinical management programs valued)

Direct and coordinate the clinical, teaching, administrative, and economic activities of the clinic, guaranteeing academic excellence, quality patient care, and regulatory compliance, in alignment with the values, quality standards, and educational model of UAX:

• Efficient, ethical, and high-quality dental care.

• Excellent clinical training for students.

• • Define and execute the strategic and operational plan of the clinic.

• Prepare and supervise the budget, controlling costs and results.

• Drive patient acquisition, loyalty, and experience plans.

• Analyze activity, quality, productivity, and satisfaction indicators.

• Supervise the correct application of clinical and quality protocols (ISO 9001, UNE 179001, or others).

• Coordinate the clinical activity linked to university teaching.

• Collaborate closely with the Faculty of Dentistry in the practical and evaluative planning of students.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams: clinical, teaching, administrative, and service staff.

• Promote a collaborative, motivating, and results-oriented work environment.

• Participate in the selection, evaluation, and development of personnel.

• Coordinate with the UAX Clinics Management and other centers in the group
