• Training in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar (Master's degree is a plus).

At Grupo UAX, we are looking for a Growth - SEO & GEO Manager who wants to boost their career in a leading, innovative institution committed to social impact.

What will you do? You will be responsible for designing and leading the SEO & GEO strategy for Grupo UAX across its entire digital ecosystem, focusing on AI searches (LLM) and the user journey. Your mission will be to generate real impact by aligning technology, content, and business.

• Defining the SEO and GEO strategy across the entire digital ecosystem (web, landings, apps, social media).
• Leading projects from idea to launch.
• Designing journeys by target type.
• Creating and executing onsite SEO/GEO strategies: audits, metadata, linkbuilding...
• Writing user-oriented web content.
• Monitoring key KPIs (traffic, leads, positioning) and applying improvements.
• Managing budgets and coordinating external teams.
