Senior SEO & AI Visibility Specialist

• Academic background: University degree or higher vocational qualification in Marketing, Advertising, IT, Communication or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years independently leading SEO strategies on international, multi-language projects.

• AI positioning (GEO/AEO): Proven experience optimizing for AI search engines and language models, with measurable results in visibility and cited sources.

• Technical expertise and tools: Advanced command of technical SEO (crawling, hreflang, JS), analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Semrush, Screaming Frog) and AI monitoring platforms ((Profound, Peec AI, Otterly.AI or similar).

• Languages: English level B2 or higher for the smooth management of international markets.

• Key competencies: Analytical skills, international strategic vision, organizational autonomy, B2B results orientation and strong communication with multidisciplinary teams.

• You have postgraduate training or specialized certifications in SEO, Web Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence applied to marketing.

• You are proficient in data analysis tools at scale (SQL, Python, BigQuery) and have experience with headless CMS environments.

To boost international B2B digital lead generation, we are adding a Senior SEO & AI Visibility Specialist to our Marketing team. The selected candidate will lead our international organic search (SEO) strategy and visibility in generative AI engines (GEO / AEO) to ensure our presence among architects, interior designers, specifiers and key accounts in strategic markets.

• You will design and execute the international SEO strategic plan by markets (Spain, France, Germany, United Kingdom, and USA) in coordination with the Digital Performance area.

• You will implement optimization strategies for generative AI engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot), ensuring that the brand is cited and recommended.

• You will perform periodic technical audits of crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, hreflang tagging, and advanced structured data markup.

• You will structure content and product sheets to optimize their interpretation by language models and reinforce brand authority (E-E-A-T).

• You will define key indicators (KPIs) and dashboards in Looker Studio and GA4 to measure qualified traffic, presence in AI responses, and lead generation.

• You will advise the Content, Product, and Web Development teams on SEO best practices and emerging search trends.

• You will conduct international demand research and define the information architecture (categories, collections, and SEO/GEO briefings for the content team).

• You will coordinate the relationship with local agencies or freelancers in key markets and align search data with the Digital Performance team to optimize organic and paid acquisition.
