Ubiquity Service is looking for Project Manager Assistant (Chinese-speaking) to join the team in Barcelona. We assist Chinese automotive companies in successfully entering the European market by meeting the specific demands of the region.

Responsibilities:

What you'll do

Assist the project manager in planning, coordinating and tracking project activities, timelines and deliverables.
Support internal processes: preparing documentation, reports and meeting notes, and keeping project information up to date.
Act as a liaison between Chinese clients, project managers and the local team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Help organise business trips, test schedules and logistics for project teams.
Take part in automotive testing ( driver assistance systems, connectivity) and help prepare test reports
