Associate Sales Agent in Madrid

As an associate sales agent, you are the face of our brand. Your role will be to create unique experiences for our customers, drive sales, and ensure the store is always ready. • Provide excellent customer service, from giving a warm welcome to providing an efficient checkout process
• Help customers perform their best by offering them the clothing and footwear that best suit their needs
• Share your knowledge and passion for our products and promote the UA rewards program
• Replenish, ensure correct store presentation, and clean
• Work in the sales area and in the warehouse as necessary, including the point of sale and the register
• Assist customers across all our channels, also considering our digital experiences
• Demonstrate collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Win customer loyalty by informing them about our rewards programs
• Take responsibility for your own development and seize opportunities for personal growth to improve performance
• Respond to omnichannel requests according to UA procedures and policy through a digital experience
• Work the scheduled hours in the Under Armour attendance policy
• Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old, or 16 and have permission from your parents or legal guardians
• Be able to move around the sales area, the warehouse, and the office, and be able to lift bundles of up to 12 kg
• Speak the local language of the store's location fluently. English is also valued
• Be flexible with your schedule and able to work on holidays, late shifts, or weekends if needed
• Have strong communication skills
• Be able to perform all duties required by the role
• Be able to bend, squat, reach objects placed at height, climb a step ladder, or stand for long periods of time
• Have an aptitude for or interest in technology (computing, mobile devices, etc.)
