The role

At Urbanitae, we are looking to bring on a creative, enthusiastic person who wants to grow with our team for the role of React Native App Development. You will integrate into the Mobile team within our Technology department.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain new functionalities in the Urbanitae mobile application using React Native.
Resolve incidents, optimize performance, and ensure the quality of the app on iOS and Android devices.
Attention to detail and individual responsibility in the quality of the code delivered.

Hiring process

We want the process to be agile and transparent. It consists of 4 phases:

First interview with Esther Peinado (Engineering Manager) to learn about your experience, technical knowledge, problem-solving, and fit within the team. (30 minutes)
Interview with a member of the development team to learn how we work and validate technical and personal fit. (1 hour).
Interview with Jorge Gutierrez (CTO) to learn about the company's origins, its vision, and values.
Final interview with Sandra Sánchez (Head of HR) to evaluate cultural fit. (30 minutes)
