Direct Investments Intern

• Final-year student (ideal: Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or similar).

• Clearly analytical profile, with an interest in data, process efficiency, and automation.

• Knowledge of Excel/ Google Sheets (SQL, Python, or BI tools are valuable).

• Interest and familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to business.

• Proactivity to identify improvements and propose practical solutions.

• Ability for fast learning, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset.

• A good level of English.

• Interest in the real estate sector (not essential, but valuable).

At Urbanitae Direct Investments, we are looking for an intern with a Data & Automation mindset, to help us not only in the analysis of opportunities from a financial point of view, but also in the optimization of internal processes through the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and valuation of properties, incorporating data-driven approaches.

• Conduct market studies supported by quantitative analysis to detect investment opportunities.

• Identify inefficiencies in internal processes and propose improvements through automation and the use of digital tools.

• Collaborate in the optimization of the lead pipeline, incorporating metrics, tracking, and automations.

• Participate in the generation of reports and supporting presentations using analysis and visualization tools.

• Use AI tools to automate tasks, generate content, and improve team productivity.

• Provide support in the definition of new strategies from an analytical and data-oriented perspective.
