Methods Engineer Intern

Valeo is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated intern to join our Methods and Processes team at the Zaragoza plant. This internship will give you the opportunity to learn about production process efficiency.

You will support the team with the following tasks:

- Support in the preparation and maintenance of line documentation (parameter sheets, instructions...)

- Manage / Install poka-yokes on assembly lines

- Assist with the layout changes planned in the spare parts area.

- Lead small modifications on the lines as well as monitor production indicators.

To be selected for this internship, you must meet the following requirements:
- Final-year student of a degree/master's degree related to Engineering.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good level of English, B2 recommended.

- Paid full-time internship at one of the leading suppliers in the automotive sector.

- You will join a team of professionals who are highly willing to train interns.

- Availability for immediate start.

Valeo busca un/a becario/a entusiasta y dedicado para unirse a nuestro equipo de Métodos y Procesos en la planta de Zaragoza. Estas prácticas te brindarán la oportunidad de aprender sobre la eficiencia de los procesos de producción.

Darás soporte al equipo con las siguientes tareas:

-Soporte de elaboración y mantenimiento de la documentación de las líneas (fichas parámetros, instrucciones…)

-Gestionar / Instalar de poka-yokes en las líneas de ensamblaje

-Ayudar en los cambios de lay-out previstos en área de recambios.

-Piloto de pequeñas modificaciones en las líneas asi como seguimiento indicadores de producción.

Para poder ser seleccionado para estas prácticas, debe cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Estudiante de último año de una carrera/ máster relacionado Ingeniería.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Buen nivel de inglés, recomendado B2.

- Beca remunerada a jornada completa en uno de los principales proveedores del sector de la automoción.

-Te integrarás junto a un equipo de profesionales, con alta predisposición para formar a las personas en prácticas.

-Disponibilidad para incorporación inmediata.
