As a Test & Validation System Engineer at Valeo Martos, you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful companies in the automotive sector, developing electronics while working in an international and multicultural environment.

Mission:

Responsible for the product's functional test and validation activities within the R&D team throughout the entire project lifecycle (from quotation to final delivery). The main role is to define the IVV strategy, manage the configuration of test benches and execute the functional and mechatronic integration plans. In addition, it ensures the system's conformity against specifications and guarantees functional deliveries to the customer according to established milestones (FFV, EFV, AFV and SSSR).

Responsibilities

- Defines the product's system test strategy based on customer specifications and Valeo standards, as well as risk analysis (PCA, PHA, DFMEA, novelty analysis).

- Analyzes functional and system requirements and defines the allocation of the test strategy.

- Defines the functional test plan and supports the test bench, script specification and development of the necessary tools.

- In relation to the requirements assigned to the system validation scope, executes test case scripts on the test bench with the DUT and the vehicle test environment.

- Expands test coverage with some robustness tests and end-user test cases.

- Executes the test plan and reports test case results in a conformity matrix.

- Ensures that validation conditions and schedule feasibility align with project commitments.

- Ensures the archiving of reports in TMT and PLM.

- Contributes to the review of the Functional RD Validation métier checklist.

Desired knowledge and experience:

Engineering degree (Systems engineering, general technical engineering knowledge: embedded electronics, software, optical system, mechanics.
Experience: 3 to 5 years: testing of embedded products (functional and environmental).
Qualification: Initial development experience in integration/testing/validation of products/systems.
Knowledge: Diag On Can /UDS /Requirements management/Editing of test case scripts.
Proficiency in Doors - VtestStudio - Teststand - LabWindows/CVI tools.
Proficiency in CAN/LIN network and associated tools (CANoe, CANdela..).

Como Test & Validation System Engineer en Valeo Martos tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con las empresas más potentes del sector del automóvil, en el desarrollo de la electrónica trabajando en un entorno internacional y multicultural.

Misión:

Encargado de las actividades de prueba y validación funcional del producto en el equipo de I+D durante todo el ciclo del proyecto (desde la oferta hasta la entrega final). Su función principal es definir la estrategia IVV, gestionar la configuración de bancos de prueba y ejecutar los planes de integración funcional y mecatrónica. Además, garantiza la conformidad del sistema frente a las especificaciones y asegura las entregas funcionales al cliente según los hitos establecidos (FFV, EFV, AFV y SSSR).

Sus responsabilidades

- Define la estrategia de pruebas del sistema del producto basándose en las especificaciones del cliente y las normas de Valeo y en el análisis de riesgos (PCA, PHA, DFMEA, análisis de novedad).

- Analiza los requisitos funcionales y del sistema y define la asignación de la estrategia de pruebas.

- Define el plan de pruebas funcionales y apoya el banco de pruebas, la especificación de scripts y el desarrollo de las herramientas necesarias.

- En relación con los requisitos asignados al ámbito de la validación del sistema, ejecuta secuencias de comandos de casos de prueba en el banco de pruebas con el DUT y el entorno de pruebas del vehículo.

- Amplía la cobertura de las pruebas con algunas pruebas de robustez y casos de prueba de usuario final.

- Realiza la ejecución del plan de pruebas e informa de los resultados de los casos de prueba en una matriz de conformidad.

- Garantiza que las condiciones de validación y la viabilidad de la planificación se ajustan a los compromisos del proyecto.

- Asegura el archivo de informes en TMT y PLM.

- Contribuye a la revisión de la lista de comprobación del métier de Validación de RD Funcional.

Conocimientos y experiencia deseados:

Graduado en Ingeniería (Ingeniería de sistemas, conocimientos técnicos generales de ingeniería: electrónica embebida, software, sistema óptico, mecánica.
Experiencia: De 3 a 5 años: pruebas de productos embebidos (funcionales y medioambientales).
Cualificación: Primera experiencia de desarrollo en integración/pruebas/validación de productos/sistemas.
Conocimientos: Diag On Can /UDS /Gestión de requisitos/Edición de scripts de casos de prueba.
Dominio de las herramientas Doors - VtestStudio - Teststand - LabWindows/CVI.
Dominio de la red CAN/LIN y herramientas asociadas (CANoe, CANdela..).
