Production Supervisor Internship

Valeo offers an internship program within the Production area. This Production Supervisor Internship is the first step in a real career plan; we are not looking for interns, we are looking for the future leaders of our plant. An opportunity designed for those who have a vision for the long term and the ambition to lead our manufacturing lines tomorrow.

During the Production Supervisor Internship, you will provide support to the department in the following tasks:

• Support in production planning.
• Assistance in managing production line teams.
• Learn how to carry out certifications and manage incidents.
• Learning in monitoring and ensuring safety.
• Support in carrying out continuous improvement tasks.
• Learning about the latest industry technologies.

To be selected for this internship, you must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Industrial Organization Engineering or similar fields.
• Good level of English (minimum B2-C1) as well as Spanish.
• Results-oriented, committed to teamwork within an international environment.
• Professionalism and transparency.
• Geographic mobility.

Valeo ofrece un programa de prácticas dentro del área de Producción. Este Internship en Producción es el primer paso de un plan de carrera real, no buscamos becarios, buscamos a los próximos líderes de nuestra planta. Una oportunidad diseñada para quienes tienen visión de permanencia y la ambición de dirigir, mañana, nuestras líneas de fabricación.

Durante el Internship de Production Supervisor darás soporte al Departamento en las siguientes tareas:

• Soporte en la planificación de la producción.
• Ayuda en la gestión de los equipos de las líneas de producción.
• Aprender cómo llevar a cabo certificaciones y gestionar incidencias.
• Aprendizaje en la monitorización y aseguramiento de la seguridad.
• Ayuda en la realización de tareas de mejora continua.
• Aprendizaje de las últimas tecnologías de la industria.

Para poder ser seleccionado para estas prácticas, necesitas cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

• Grado en Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Organización Industrial o similares
• Buen nivel de inglés (mínimo de B2-C1) así como de español.
• Estar orientado a resultados, compromiso con el trabajo en equipo dentro de un entorno internacional.
• Profesionalidad y transparencia.
• Movilidad geográfica.
