Finding the

for our student and junior-level positions across Europe! To achieve this, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our international team in Barcelona. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will learn the ins and outs of recruitment by managing the full cycle for your own processes (internships, young talent programs, and junior roles). This is the ideal opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact in a dynamic European environment!

What you'll do

At Veepee, we believe in practical, continuous learning. You won't be alone: from day one, you'll have the support of your manager and the team to help you grow. Your day-to-day will be dynamic, and you'll take on responsibilities progressively, based on your development:

  • Learning 360º Talent Management: Supported by your manager and team, you'll actively participate in all phases of the recruitment cycle for junior and student profiles (from defining the need with the manager to closing the process).

  • Creative Team Sourcing: You'll learn to design and execute strategies to attract top talent using key tools (LinkedIn, WTTJ, university portals, referrals). The team will guide you to master the best search techniques.

  • Ensuring Candidate Experience: We care deeply about the human touch. You'll help ensure that every candidate's experience is excellent, transparent, and personal from the very first contact, learning to monitor our quality KPIs.

  • Introduction to Business Partnering: With the support of senior recruiters, you'll learn to advise international hiring managers, helping them understand the market and define their hiring needs.

  • Support for Internal Mobility: You'll collaborate with the team to identify internal talent, facilitating the development and promotion of our own employees across Europe.

  • Onboarding and HR Operations: You'll learn the administrative side by participating in the preparation of salary proposals and, alongside the team, ensuring a smooth landing for new hires.

What we're looking for

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's student (in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, HR, or similar) with the ability to sign an internship agreement with your university or school.

  • Languages: Fluent level of English and Spanish (minimum certified B2) to communicate and interact with full confidence in a multicultural, international environment.

  • Passion for Recruitment & Business: Strong motivation to learn the craft of talent acquisition and a genuine interest in understanding the business world and e-commerce.

  • Proactive and Solution-Oriented Mindset: A curious, positive, and open attitude. You enjoy taking initiative, proposing ideas, and finding solutions independently.

  • Team Spirit: You love co-creating, collaborating, and working side by side with multidisciplinary teams from different countries.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management (through other internships, university projects, or volunteer work).

  • Knowledge of other European languages (French is a big plus).

  • Curiosity about technology, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and how to apply Artificial Intelligence to optimize your day-to-day work.
