Maintenance Team Leader - M/F/X

• Education/Skills: Solid knowledge in plumbing (especially electrical and plumbing systems). Desirable: mechanics, HVAC, and internet installation.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in maintenance management roles, preferably in logistics environments.

• Office Software: Regular use of Google Drive and Excel for activity tracking.

• Systems: Experience using maintenance management tools (CMMS).

• Languages: English is desirable.

We are looking for a person Team Leader for Maintenance who stands out for their solid leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a clear customer orientation. You will be directly responsible for coordinating and empowering our technical team (6 to 10 people), ensuring maximum operability, safety, and efficiency of our facilities and machinery.

Your main mission will be to ensure the operational continuity of the site through strategic and rigorous planning. We are looking for a person with sound judgment to organize resources, manage suppliers, and supervise interventions (preventive, corrective, breakdowns, and new installations), as well as knowledge of management tools. If you have the ability to align the team toward excellence, anticipate the needs of internal operations, and maintain strict control over planning, this position is for you.

• Technical Leadership: Direct and supervise the maintenance technician team, fostering a work environment based on company values and technical excellence.

• Maintenance Management: Organize and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan, repairs, and new installations, minimizing downtime (downtime).

• Waste Management: Supervise and coordinate the proper classification and removal of waste generated by maintenance activities.

• Resource Management: Organize shifts, breaks, and on-call duties, managing human and technical resources according to operational needs.

• Attendance Control: Supervise absenteeism, punctuality, and discipline of the technical team.

• Work Supervision and Schedule Compliance: Monitor the progress of assigned tasks and ensure the quality of interventions carried out by the team.

• Stock Management: Manage the inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for the operational readiness of the center.

• Request Management (CMMS): Manage the ticketing tool for receiving requests and their subsequent conversion into structured work orders.

• Safety and HSE: Ensure that all interventions are carried out under strict safety regulations (work at height, electrical safety, etc.). Report and prevent risks arising from machinery and installations.

• Supplier Management: Coordinate and supervise external companies.

• Order management: Responsible for managing delivery notes and material orders using an internal program.

• Order and Cleanliness (5S): Ensure that the workshop and intervention areas maintain optimal standards of order and cleanliness.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify critical points in the installation and implement technical improvements to optimize equipment lifespan and energy efficiency.

• Team Leadership: Ability to motivate and direct technical staff.

• Customer Orientation: Focus on meeting the needs of internal operations.

• Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Skill in negotiating with suppliers and supervising external services.

• Effective Communication: Good communication skills with different stakeholders.

• Organization: Good organizational skills to meet established deadlines and operational priorities.
